Judy Fuller, owner of Pinnacle
Building Inc., has rehabbed several central-city Waukesha homes. Out of view are other developments that Fuller has undertaken. She has specialized in rehabbing buildings into starter homes or putting up affordable housing on small lots. In 2004, Fuller purchased an 18.63-acre site from Dresser Industries at 1000 W. St. Paul Ave. and developed it into lots for 61single-family homes and 11 two-family units. Owner of Pinnacle Building Inc., Fuller also rehabilitated a mansion on Dunbar Ave. into a five unit apartment building. Fuller, a 1975 graduate of Waukesha South High School, comes from a family that was in the construction trade and banking. She has a 21-year-old son, Dan, attending college in San Francisco. "Being a female in the building trade is still unique," she said.
